Had a fantastic trip down the west coast recently, it was capped by a trip to Hog Island Oyster Co. for a “Shuck Your Own” Oyster picnic. A super activity for small groups who love bivalves on the half shell or grilled (they provide grills) and a great boot camp for getting your shucking muscles fit.
