An experienced and enthusiastic teacher, Kirk has taught hundreds of cooking classes at venues such as: Kitchen Conservatory, Williams Sonoma, Viking and Sur la Table. For groups of all sizes, choose a sit-down meal with a team approach to cooking, or an interactive class or demo on the culinary subject of your choice. Seasonal menus using the freshest local ingredients are custom crafted to your liking, with an emphasis on cooking techniques. Classes are held in your home or select kitchen venues.
